Tuesday 2nd - Saturday 6th

Spike Milligan 's celebrated war memoirs take to the road once more in this gloriously absurd and exuberant hit comedy which has had both audiences and critics in stitches.
High comedy and tragedy collide, as we follow Gunner Milligan and his jazz quartet, adrift on the tide of great historic events, discovering how humour, music and comradeship enabled a hapless bunch of young men to prevail against the might of the Nazi war machine. Songs include the jazz greats Chattanooga Choo Choo, Ain't Misbehavin', In the Mood, Honeysuckle Rose, Kalamazoo and more.

Ockham's Razor Experience the sweat, grind and grit of physical work in a wheel of wood and steel which is powered by the performers and suspended 6 metres in the air. Spymonkey's Moby Dick Four whalers find themselves trapped in the belly of a literary monster. As they ponder the irony of their fate they recount a story of Moby Dick, sparkling with their own fantastical flourishes. The novel's epic examination of good, evil, fate and obsession is lost on them.

And then, mysteriously, found on them again. Will Ahab's thirst for revenge be unhinged by the well-meaning but staggeringly inept attentions of his crew? Now that he has found true love, is Ishmael still fated to be the sole survivor of the Pequod? Can a mermaid figurehead get pregnant? And what does a cannibal harpoonist from Bavaria eat? Julian Clary - Lord of the Mince , I Julian Clary, have done for mincing what Michael Flatley did for Irish dancing. But has the bottom fallen out of the homosexual meat market? I must tour my kingdom to find out…
In these difficult times I feel I should go and comfort my people in the provinces. My friend Damien tells me the men are very hard up in Blackpool. I only hope I'm not too late. I'm 50. The shame of it. This will be an intimate evening – a celebration, no less, of my twenty-five years in the camp spotlight: how I got there and why I refuse to leave.
Come and see me before they put me in a home for tired old knackers. Grand Theatre Call box office on 01253 290190

This mixed bill combines a variety of short films, clips and adverts, all of this, of course, presented in the Orchestra's own inimitable style, and set to a programme of original and carefully chosen old favourites from musical history. Grand Theatre Call box office on 01253 290190

JLS Oritsé, JB, Aston, and Marvin are the most successful group of all time to enter The X Factor; the most popular show on British TV. From the outset it was clear that JLS were not usual X Factor fodder.  They took their X Factor path one step at a time, from auditions to boot camp to the judges' houses right up to the live show knock-out rounds and eventually the final. It became similarly clear to everyone around JLS that they weren't in this for the short haul. Opera House Theatre - Winter Gardens Tel: 0870 380 1111 SOLD OUT
